TW:: suicide awareness is something that we don't see enough of. Many people struggle silently and believe that the only way to resolve their feelings is to end their life. THAT IS NOT TRUE.

life can be tough at times. life can seem like it will never get better. life sucks most of the time, but finding little reasons to live are the saving grace to most people. most people stay because they know how much it would hurt those around them if they didn't.


please choose to stay. you are loved. you are supposed to be here.
