hi there cherubs!


you made it! you survived christmas!


the new year is coming and this is your time to take a load off and focus on yourself for a little while.


here are some ways to relax and decompress:

  • listen to your favorite music

  • take a long hot shower

  • practice self-care

  • watch your favorite movies

  • go outside

  • take a break from social media

  • read a book

  • meditate

  • spend time with your pets

  • notice your surroundings and ground yourself

  • journal

  • exercise

  • call someone you love and catch up

  • practice your breathing

  • visualize a safe, comforting place

these are just some ideas of what you can do to decompress from the holiday chaos.


the big idea is to just relax and don't overwork yourself. take some time off. don't do anything if you don't want to!


you do whatever is best for you, as always.


keep up the good work and we'll do it all again next year.
